Calendaring - PX Tech crew help organize and get administrators set up to input into iCal and get codes so that all teachers subscribe to appropriate calendars. See attached for PD Calendars
Email system - Orion to get info from WAB about their Zimbra rollout. We hope to plan a mid-year rollout. RFP to go out hopefully by September 15, 2010.
Websense - up and running. ALL teachers and students must login now. Facebook will continue to be blocked from 8:00-3:00 for students. Streaming media will have a set limit as well.
T Drive - Temporary storage on Novell server. 30 days and then file will be deleted
6th grade check out form - must be changed because laptop does NOT belong to them when they leave SAS.
